Description

The SHOT1812 2-Way Oncoming Traffic Warning Sign Kit includes two illuminated STOP HERE ONCOMING TRAFFIC signs, a PSC-6 Central Controller, and two Decider2 intelligent vehicle motion detectors. It helps prevent head-on vehicle conflicts in shared lanes, blind ramps, tight turns, and controlled vehicle passages.

Operations

This kit uses two Decider2 intelligent vehicle motion detectors to monitor opposite vehicle approaches. When a vehicle enters from one direction, the PSC-6 activates the warning sign at the opposite end, directing approaching drivers to stop and watch for oncoming traffic.

The warning remains active for the programmed timer period. Repeated detections can restart or extend the activation cycle so the warning stays visible throughout vehicle movement.
