The PEDXING3607 Pedestrian Crossing Warning Sign provides a highly visible three-sided illuminated warning for pedestrian crossing areas. Available as a sign-and-controller system, a single-sign detection kit, or a dual-sign kit for multiple vehicle approaches. Designed for parking lots, parking garages, schools, campuses, crosswalk approaches, and mixed vehicle-pedestrian areas.

Operations

The sign can operate continuously or from an activation device. In the detection kits, Decider2 intelligent motion detectors sense pedestrian activity and signal the PSC-5 controller. The controller activates the illuminated PED XING sign for the programmed timer period. A new detection restarts the activation timer. The dual-sign kit activates both signs to warn drivers approaching from multiple directions.
