Description

The RG1006 Timed Traffic Control System provides automatic two-way, three-way, or four-way red/green traffic sequencing for shared lanes, parking garage intersections, truck yards, ramps, and controlled vehicle passages. Each kit combines outdoor-rated RG1006 traffic lights with the PSC-6 Timed Central Controller and PS126A power supply. Independent green intervals and a programmable all-red clearance delay keep traffic moving in a predictable repeating sequence without vehicle sensors. Optional dry-contact inputs can temporarily give a selected direction priority.

Operations

The PSC-6 Timed Central Controller automatically repeats a programmed red/green sequence for two, three, or four directions. Standard operation does not require vehicle detectors.

All directions begin at red.
Direction 1 receives its programmed green interval.
The controller returns all directions to red for the programmed clearance delay.
The next direction receives its independent green interval.
After the final direction, the sequence repeats from Direction 1.
Optional dry-contact inputs can temporarily give a selected direction priority.

Each direction can be independently programmed from 0–120 seconds. The all-red delay can be programmed from 0–30 seconds, and outputs can operate in flashing or constant mode.
