Description

The VEHICLE EXITING 4010 Warning Sign alerts pedestrians and nearby traffic when a vehicle approaches a parking garage exit, blind driveway, or ramp. Bright flashing VEHICLE EXITING displays and a programmable voice alert are controlled by the PSC-5. Choose the sign system alone, a Single Lane Kit with Decider2 detection, or a Wide Exit Dual Kit for coverage from both sides.

Operations

The sign uses a Trigger Device to activate the system. When activated, the VEHICLE EXITING text flashes and the audio announces, “Attention! Vehicle exiting, watch for vehicles.” The sign remains active for the programmed activation time, normally 10 seconds.

If another vehicle is detected during the active period, the activation timer restarts so the warning remains visible and audible while traffic clears.

Audio Cut-Off Timer: Audio can be silenced during designated hours while the illuminated VEHICLE EXITING warning continues to operate.
