Warranty Details
5-Year Electronics Warranty
What is covered
Eligible electronics manufactured by PASS Signs are covered for repair or replacement for five years. Covered products include:
- Sign LEDs
- Control boards
- Power supplies
- Speakers
What is not covered
Coverage does not include vandalism, improperly installed electronics, or labor required to remove or replace equipment.
Service process
Customers may return the failed part to PASS Signs for repair or replacement. PASS Signs will make every effort to repair or replace the returned part within three business days. Ground shipping back to the customer is included.
If an immediate replacement is needed, the customer may purchase an Advanced Replacement. A full refund for the Advanced Replacement will be issued after PASS Signs receives the original failed part.
2-Year Finish & Powder-Coating Warranty
What is covered
Eligible sign enclosures, backboxes, metal products, and other non-electronic parts manufactured by PASS Signs are covered for two years against failure of powder coating, paint, and rust protection.
What is not covered
Coverage does not include vandalism or installation damage that scars or compromises the finish.
Service process
Customers may return the affected part for repair, replacement, or refinishing. PASS Signs will make every effort to complete the work within seven business days.
If an immediate replacement is needed, the customer may purchase an Advanced Replacement. A full refund for the Advanced Replacement will be issued after PASS Signs receives the original affected part.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Covered component types
Parts not manufactured by PASS Signs are provided with the original manufacturer's standard one-year warranty. These may include:
- Sensors
- Loop detectors
- Beam detectors
- Other equipment not manufactured by PASS Signs
Service process
Customers may return the affected part to PASS Signs for repair or replacement support. PASS Signs will make every effort to repair or replace the part within three business days.
If an immediate replacement is needed, the customer may purchase an Advanced Replacement. A full refund for the Advanced Replacement will be issued after PASS Signs receives the original affected part.
Returns
Stock items
Stock items may be returned within 60 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customized signs
Customized signs are made for a specific application and cannot be returned.
