If you need to report a failed part please reach out to Support@passsigns.com with the name of the original purchasing organization and the problem with the parts. We will work as fast we can to get you back and running again.

Notice: This warranty is transferable to end customer. Please notify Pass Signs with that information when transferred.

5 Year Warranty  on all electronics equipment manufactured by PASS Signs LLC

Electronics – All electronics manufactured and supplied will have a 5 Year Warranty of replacement or repair. This does not include protection from vandalism or electronic parts installed improperly. This also does not include any labor to replace equipment. This will include all costs of shipping to the customer at ground shipping speed.

Electronics warranty procedures: Customer can send the failed part back to PASS Signs for an immediate replacement or repair. The customer has the choice to have PASS Signs immediately send a replacement part if the part is crucial. However, the customer will need to purchase an Advanced Replacement. When the old part is received by PASS Signs, then a full refund will be given for the Advanced Replacement. Else the customer can ship back the broken part to PASS Signs and PASS Signs will make every effort to replace or fix the part in 3 business days.

• Signs LEDs
• Control Boards
• Power supplies
• Speakers

2 Year Warranty on all finishes and powder coating manufactured by PASS Signs LLC

Finishes –  All sign enclosures, backboxes, metal products, and non-electronic parts manufactured by PASS Signs have a 2 Year Warranty on finishes including failure of powder coating, paint, and rust protection. This does not include protection from vandalism or poor installation that has scarred the powder coating.

Finishes warranty procedures: Customer can send the failed part back to PASS Signs for an immediate replacement or repair. The customer has the choice to have PASS Signs immediately send a replacement part if the part is crucial. However, the customer will need to purchase an Advanced Replacement. When the old part is received by PASS Signs, then a full refund will be given for the Advanced Replacement. Else the customer can ship back the damaged part to PASS Signs and PASS Signs will make every effort to replace or refinish the part in 7 business days.

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty on all parts not manufactured by PASS Signs.

Other items: excluding any parts listed above, the following devices are not manufactured by PASS Signs and are provided only with the 1-year manufacturer standard warranty.

The customer has the choice to have PASS Signs immediately send a replacement part if the part is crucial. However, the customer will need to purchase an Advanced Replacement. When the old part is received by PASS Signs, then a full refund will be given for the Advanced Replacement. Else the customer can ship back the damaged part to PASS Signs and PASS Signs will make every effort to replace or repair the part in 3 business days.

Returns

Stock items: Pass Signs has a 60 days return policy with a 20% restocking fee.

Customized signs: Pass Signs has a No Return policy on custom signs.
